Laduree has about 100 different flavors of macaroons but we tried the ten most popular ones.
We tried several pastries from the several pastries shops through this book Gourmet Shops of Paris and we went to Laduree and it is known for macaroons. I'm not a big fan of macaroons but when we went here, I will be spending time at this place at least once a month when the kids are in daycare.

Ken made creme brulee for dessert and it was very yummy. After trying this recipe at home with real vanilla, we don't even bother ordering it from a restaurant anymore. So, if you want to taste the real stuff, you will have to come and visit us to try it!!
If you look closely, the starter dish (entree) is from granny's cooking class that she took here. It was delicious!!

Poker Night and we had Pizza Hut in France. We prefer Pizza Hut in France than the States!!
Melissa is now at the stage where she is developing her muscle skills, so we praise Melissa when she does something new. Juliette likes to do the same thing as Melissa so she receives the same thing with kisses and hugs, too.
